- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup half skimmed milk
- Olive oil

How To Make Chia Seed Omelette
Yummy chia seed omelet that will keep you full for breakfast
Mix the milk and chia seeds in a deep bowl and soak in the milk and leave it to gel consistency. Beat the eggs, salt and pepper in another bowl. Add the chia mixture and continue to beat.
Heat a pan with a non-stick surface and spread the mixture on the pan. When it starts to light, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese. Take it from the stove and serve hot.
Spend light lunch with croutons.
