Hyperbolic Stretch Review

The Hyperbolic Stretching Program teaches Alex Larsson how to quickly increase your muscle flexibility using practical, scientific methods. It provides a program for almost everyone to achieve enough flexibility to perform their front and side slits in a relatively short time frame. You will also learn some of the science behind what determines the flexibility of the muscular system.

Hyperbolic Stretching Program How does it work?

As part of the package, Alex Larsson offers several ebooks. The main email is Hyperbolic Stretching, a separate version for men or women.
There is also a gender-neutral page here. Click here.

Hyperbolic Stretching for Women – Resilience, Pelvic Floor Strength, Solves Cellulite. Click here …

In the main book, you get a very precise “protocol” consisting of various exercise routines to bring any normal working person into fully split positions that look both sideways and forward.

I think Larsson did a good job explaining the scientific reasons behind the special exercises and techniques used in the program. It is against understandable conditions and therefore the entire package makes sense.

About the Hyperbolic Stretching Program – Are the claims realistic?

Alex Larsson claims that almost everyone can pull their front and side slits in four weeks, even if they’re pretty tough and don’t touch their toes.

In my experience, this claim should be possible if you really make the program and follow it up to the letter. Personally, I noticed incredible flexibility gains by following only part of the program and following the scientific principle described in the package. With a bit of dedication and consistency, you may be doing episodes four weeks after learning the methods.

As in my case, it is also possible to take things a little slower and greatly increase flexibility by using the ideas in the program. If you get the speed later, you’ll get full flexibility in less than four weeks.

Hyperbolic Stretching Is this a scam?

Hyperbolic Stretching is really a collection of information about increasing muscle flexibility. There are also bonus packages to increase strength and mental attitude. If you sign up for the mailing list, you will also be guided through the stretching program and other useful tips and tricks. If all this is a scam, what’s a good deal?

It is possible to find out why the muscles are stiff or flexible by searching the Internet for yourself, but what makes this package unique is the “stretch protocol” designed by Alex Larsson itself and connecting information. It is also useful to have this information in one place instead of scattering it on the web.

In my opinion, Hyperbolic Stretch is a good value for packet money and therefore is not a scam.

Is it really for everyone?

“Everyone” is a really broad term. But if you have functioning limbs and undamaged muscles, tendons, and ligaments, this program will work for you. If you are injured or have a condition that could jeopardize your strength and/or flexibility: You may want to seek a professional opinion from a doctor, physiotherapist, or neurosurgeon before performing the exercises.

What if I don’t want to learn how to create a partition?

The right perception. You may want to gain flexibility, but you don’t have to reach all episodes like Jean-Claude van Damme. In this case, you can still take advantage of Hyperbolic Tension. The exercises were shown to make the splits can be adapted to any muscle group or region. In fact, one of the bonus packages included in the deal is called “Full Body Flexibility”, which teaches how to develop versatile flexibility. You get a lot more bangs than learning to make compartments for your money.

Is flexibility really important?

You may have come across an article that explains how muscle flexibility does not improve athletic performance and can only be a waste of time. Is this true? As with most things in such a nature, the answer is “depends on the situation”. A famous example is the Kenya world champion long-distance runner, who opens and touches her toes while holding straight legs.

If you think logically, different types and amounts of flexibility are required for different physical activities. For example, an obstacle will require a more flexible hamstring than a long-distance runner. It depends on the required range of motion of the muscle used to perform the task. A harsh ballerina will not look very elegant. Martial artists may need some flexibility in their legs to perform high hits and other techniques.

Not all sports need full episodes, but if you can do that, it will definitely impress your friends. You can also enjoy the feeling of success and satisfaction in getting there.

Hyperbolic Stretching bonuses?
